TIM HICKS’ NEW SINGLE "Slide Over" Available Today

“SLIDE OVER”

TIM HICKS’ NEW SINGLE AVAILABLE TODAY:

The newest single from Tim Hicks’ third studio album Shake These Walls is available to country radio today. “Slide Over”, co-written by Tim Hicks, is a vividly drawn and unabashedly knock-kneed mid-tempo track with a dangerously infectious chorus, written for his wife Amanda. “When people with full-time jobs have kids, well…relationships can suffer. Things get in the way of the people you once were. You have to remember to sit down with each other, just have a beer and ask, ‘How was your day?’ So that song is just that”.

You can catch Tim Hicks this summer at various festivals throughout Canada, including Festival Country de Lotbiniere, Dauphin Countryfest, Ottawa Bluesfest (opening for the legend Tom Petty), and Cavendish Beach Music Festival. For a full list of dates, visit Tim’s website.
