Johnny Reid

Released on November 3, 2017

Multi-platinum, award winning singer-songwriter Johnny Reid today announces his highly anticipated ninth studio album, Revival, set to be released November 3 via Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. Co-produced by Johnny Reid and Bob Ezrin (KISS, Alice Cooper) Revival is Reid’s first new music since 2015’s Platinum-certified What Love Is All About. A six-time JUNO award winner and twenty-six time CCMA winner, Reid has sold over 1.5 million albums in Canada. Revival is his ninth studio album and second album with Universal Music Canada. Fans can expect a major tour announcement from Reid soon.

“Revival is all about new beginnings, finding a voice in the middle of all the noise and distraction,” said Johnny. “It’s about looking into a mirror and then looking back on life and figuring out how best to move forward. It’s about fixing and mending relationships broken by angry words so that we may speak again with a softer, more understanding voice. It’s about presenting exactly what I have to say and more importantly how I wish to say it.”

Since arriving on the music scene over 10 years ago, Johnny Reid has captured the hearts of fans and audiences around the world. The blue-collared, soulful singer-songwriter is widely known for his lyrical honesty and musical ability, as demonstrated by album sales totaling over 1.5 million units, countless awards, and multiple sold out national arena tours. He’s a modern day working class hero with long-standing collective appeal – one that captures the hearts of many one song at a time.
