September 6, 2019 – Warner Music Canada recording artist, and reigning two-time CCMA Female Artist of the Year Meghan Patrick has released her new EP, WILD AS ME. The EP was heralded by the single of the same title, which has seen enormous support from Canadian country radio, where it currently sits inside the Top 15. Fans can click here to get WILD AS ME now.
Of WILD AS ME, Meghan says “The EP is representative of an evolution. I experienced some of my most extreme highs and lows in the last year and spent more time writing for this project than ever before and dug deeper than ever. As much as country is my musical home, I have been inspired by many artists and genres in my life and I went into writing these songs with the intention of being as true to myself and my own creativity as possible. I didn’t want to put myself into a box and I wanted to show more of myself, my experiences and my story while pushing my own comfort zone creatively. This collection of songs feels like the most honest and raw music I’ve ever put out and I am so happy to share it with my country music family.”
In the lead up to the album’s release Meghan has done a number of high-profile interviews and performances including CBC q, ET Canada, Breakfast Television, CP24 and The Morning Show to name a few. What’s more, Meghan will be performing as part of the 2019 CCMA Awards broadcast. The performance promises to be a powerful moment in the show, and fans can tune into the CCMA Awards broadcast at 9 PM EDT on Sunday September 8th to see it.
