Y2K RELEASES NEW TRACK “DAMAGE IS DONE” FEATURING JOJO

Recording artist and multi-genre producer Y2K has released his latest track “Damage Is Done” featuring charttopping, award-winning singer, songwriter JoJo. The infectious, pop laced track features JoJo’s unmistakable vocals coupled with Y2K’s slick production. Listen to “Damage Is Done” HERE.
Additionally, Y2K and JoJo have also released an official music video coinciding with the audio. Directed by Morgan Freed, who also directed the music video for Y2K’s smash “Lalala”, the Bladerunner-esque video finds Y2K and JoJo in a dystopian future as sentient robots meant to fight who end up falling in love.

Says Y2K, “Pop music is extremely good and I have always wanted to work in the genre. There’s something so great to me about doing a lot with so few sounds. I am stoked to have an opportunity to put out a song in that world, especially with an artist as iconic as JoJo. It’s so different than what I’ve released previously and is very refreshing for me!”
Adds JoJo, “Even though I’ve dabbled in different genres before, and collaborated with such a range of talented artists, this was a first for me being the featured vocalist on a dance track. Y2K is mad talented, and it was really fun to dive into something that’s always been more of a guilty pleasure. We had a blast, and I think we made a pretty great record.”
